Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza momentu dodání a převzetí zboží jednak z hlediska Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží, a dále z pohledu nově přepracovaných obchodních termínů INCOTERMS 2010, které upravují dodací podmínku pro kupní smlouvy. The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the moment of delivery of goods under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and also under the newly revised commercial terms INCOTERMS 2010, which regulate the term of delivery in contract of purchase.
