Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací mezi učiteli na 1. stupni základních škol. Teoretická část je zaměřena na faktory, které ovlivňují komunikaci mezi učiteli na 1. stupni ZŠ. V této části je podrobněji zpracována komunikace jako prostředek dorozumívání a komunikační dovednosti.
