Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské je práce je zjistit motivaci studentů - mužů ke studiu sociální práce. Teoretická část se zabývá tématy genderu, motivace a sociální práce a slouží jako teoretický podklad pro realizaci výzkumu. Výzkumná část je realizována kvalitativním výzkumem, metodou dotazování, technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a data jsou analyzována metodou kódování.

The aim of this thesis is to find out the motivation of male students to study social work. The theoretical part deals with the topics of gender, motivation and social work and serves as a theoretical basis for the implementation of the research. The research part is carried out by qualitative research, questionnaire method, semi-structured interview technique and the data is analyzed by coding method …more
