Measurement of satisfaction with public services: criteria of satisfaction with universities from the perspective of MA students

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření spokojenosti s veřejnými službami se zaměřením na kritéria spokojenosti magisterských studentů se službami studijního oddělení vysoké školy. Práce se dělí na dvě části: teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuta východiska týkající se problematiky veřejných služeb, kvality veřejných služeb, spokojenosti klientů včetně způsobů jejího měření a vysokých škol. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu prováděného na Ekonomicko-správní fakultě Masarykovy univerzity. Výzkumem provedeným s využitím metody kritických událostí byla identifikována kritéria spokojenosti studentů se službami studijního oddělení Ekonomicko-správní fakulty Masarykovy univerzity.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the measurement of satisfaction with public services, with a focus on the criteria of satisfaction of graduating students with the services of college study department. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part summarizes the background of the issue of public services, public service quality, customer satisfaction (including methods of measurement) and universities. In the empirical part are presented the results of qualitative research at the Masaryk University Faculty of Economics and Administration. Research with using the method of critical events identified criteria of student satisfaction with the services of the Study Department of Masaryk University Faculty of Economics and Administration.
