Abstract:
V první části bakalářské práce se zabývám Policií ČR v souvislosti s nejnovějším zákonem o Policii ČR. Blíže popisuji úkoly,organizační strukturu a zejména oprávnění a povinnosti policisty. Ve druhé části charakterizuji a analyzuji Policii ČR jako orgán na úseku zbraní a střeliva, kde se zaměřuji na hlavní nedostatky stávající úpravy a předkládám návrhy jejich řešení. Abstract:
In the first part of the bachelor thesis I deal with the Police in relation to the latest Police Act. I am defining tasks, organizational structure and the powers and duties of the police officers. In the second part I analyze the Police as an authority in the field of weapons and ammunition, with focus on main shortcomings of the current legislation and make suggestions to their solutions.
