Předložená diplomová práce zkoumá, jaké jsou rozdíly mezi pedagogy církevních a státních škol z pohledu skupinové dynamiky. Teoretická část objasňuje tématiku sociální dynamiky, rozdíly mezi státní a církevní školou a závěrečná kapitola je věnována rolím pedagoga, jeho stylu řízení.
