The attitudes of the representatives of selected town to take precautious against Roma living in excluted locality.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postoji představitelů vybraného města související se zaváděním preventivních opatření u Romů žijících ve vyloučených lokalitách. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: „Jak postoje představitelů vybraného města ovlivňují zavedení preventivních opatření u Romů žijících v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách?“. V teoretické části práce definuji Romy a související témata, který se týkají problému společného soužití s majoritou a migraci. Dále se věnuji samotnému sociálnímu vyloučení Romů. Se sociálním vyloučením úzce souvisí také samotné postoje. V poslední části teoretické části definuji sociální inkluzi z pohledu samosprávy a státních institucí. Uvádím preventivní opatření, která brání, popř. řeší důsledky sociálního vyloučení. Následuje zdůvodnění výzkumné strategie a konkrétních technik sběru dat. Na základě analýzy dokumentu Komunitního plánu vybraného města a polostrukturovaných individuálních rozhovorů s radními, jsem dospěl k níže popsanému zjištění. Výzkum se zaměřoval na to, jak postoje radních mohou ovlivňovat zavedení dalších preventivních opatření u Romů žijících ve vyloučených lokalitách. Předmětem empirické části je interpretace zjištěných skutečností, týkajících se postojů představitelů vybraného města k zavádění preventivních opatření u Romů žijících ve vyloučených lokalitách. Na základě prezentovaných zjištění jsou v závěru přiloženy doporučující opatření, která vyplynula ze samotného závěru výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

Desertaion concern with attitudes of representatives of selected town related to take precautions against Roma living in excluded locations. Main research questions is: How attitudes of town representatives influence taking precautions against Roma living in social excluded locations? In the teoretical part of the desertaion define Roma and belongins topic, which concern to problems of living wiht majority and migration. Furthermore I focus on independent social Roma exlusion. Individual attitudes have something to do with social exclusion. In the last teoretical part I define social infusion from the view of local administration and state institutions. I mention preventive measures that impede, or. deal with the consequences of social exclusion. Reasons of research strategy and specific technicgues of gathering data follows. On the basis of analising document Community plan of selected town and halfstructed individual interviews with town concillors I got to lower described survey. Research focused on how attitudes of town concillors can influence taking precautions against Roma living in excluded locations. The object of the empirical part is the interpretation of the facts relating to the attitudes of the representatives of the selected town to implement preventive measures for the Roma living in excluded localities. Based on the presented findings at the conclusion of recommending accompanied by measures that arose from the very end of the research.
