Motivation of employees of the generation Z

Anotace:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na lidi z generace Z a jejich motivaci. V teoretické části práce se seznamuje obecně s pojmy jako motivace, stimulace a odměňování. Zabýváme se motivačními a stimulačními prostředky a formou odměňování. V další části práce se blíže seznamuje s jednotlivými generacemi a hlavní pozornost je upřena na generaci Z (tj. osoby narozené přibližně od poloviny 90. let 20. století do konce prvního desetiletí 21. století). V praktické části je shrnuté dotazníkové šetření, které jsme provedli s respondenty. Cílem šetření bylo identifikovat motivační a stimulační faktory které ovlivňují právě zmiňovanou generaci Z. Jsou sestaveny ideální podoby a doporučení motivačních a stimulačních prvků pro generaci Z. Diplomová práce jako celek může napomoci vlastníkům a managementu podnikatelských subjektů lépe pochopit potřeby jejich zaměstnanců z řad členů generace Z, jakož i implementovat takové nástroje motivace (stimulace), které přispějí k optimalizaci jejich pracovního výkonu i výkonnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis is aimed at devise of motivation on people generation Z. The theoretical part familiarize with concepts such as motivation, stimulation and remuneration and with main factors which affects generation in work activities. The thesis deals with motivational and stimulative means and in the form of remuneration. In the next part of the work, there is acquainted with the individual generations and the main attention is focused on the Z generation (ie people born approximately in the mid-1990s to the end of the first decade of the 21st century). The practical part summarizes the survey, which we conducted with respondents from generation Z. The survey is focused on motivation and stimulation factors of generation Z. The next part of the practical part introduces a proposal for improvement of individual aspects that are designed to increase the motivation of employees of generation Z. Recommendations of motivational and stimulating elements for generation Z are compiled. Implement such tools of motivation (stimulation) that will contribute to the optimization of their work performance.
