Má diplomová práce popisuje základy problematiky ochrany hospodářské soutěže v ČR a EU a zaměřuje se na spojení soutěžitelů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na seznámení se s problematikou soutěžního práva, historií v ČR a EU, jeho právní úpravou a zejména problematikou spojování soutěžitelů. This master thesis deals with an issue of protection of competition in the Czech Republic and the European Union, involving both theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of competition law, its legal aspects and history in the Czech Republic and the EU with major attention paid on merging of competitors.
