How to developed a child´s prosocial behavior in the kinderkarten?

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem prosociálního chování u předškolních dětí a možnostmi rozvoje tohoto chování v prostředí mateřských škol. Teoretická část shrnuje a analyzuje dostupné poznatky z odborné literatury. V prvé řadě se orientuje se na charakteristiku vývojového období dítěte předškolního věku v oblasti rozvoje kognitivní, emoční a sociální složky. Dále definuje prosociální chování a vystihuje ho jako řadu společensky pozitivně přijímaných aktivit a forem. Rozebrána je teorie jeho vzniku, faktory, které ho spoluurčují, i možná motivace k němu. Jednotlivé podkapitoly se snaží na základě odborných pramenů zodpovědět otázky: ?Proč pomáháme??, ?Kdy pomáháme?? a rovněž ?Komu pomáháme??. Třetí kapitola teoretické části práce analyzuje sledovanou problematiku rovněž z hlediska možností prosociálně orientované výchovy a uplatňovaných činností v mateřské škole, ale i z hlediska jejího zakotvení v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro předškolní vzdělávání v souvislosti s cíli a kompetencemi v kontextu prosociálního vybavenosti. Praktická část analyzuje názory pedagogů mateřských škol na problematiku rozvoje prosociálního chování u dětí předškolního věku. Těžištěm výzkumu jsou zejména aspekty možného využívání metod směřujících k rozvoji prosociálně orientovaného chování v praxi, rozpracovanost tématu v rámci školních vzdělávacích programů a analýza faktorů, které toto chování mohou pozitivně či negativně ovlivňovat. Výzkum je koncipován jako popisný, snaží se poukázat na skutečný stav v oblasti rozvoje prosociálního chování u předškolních dětí navštěvujících mateřské školy, a to v rámci pedagogické praxe respondentů. K naplnění cíle výzkumu a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek byl uplatněn kvantitativní přístup s využitím dotazníkové techniky. Na otázky dotazníku, který je vlastní konstrukce, anonymně odpovídali pedagogové působící v mateřských školách.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of prosocial behavior in preschool children and enable the development of this behavior in the environment of kindergarten. The theoretical part summarizes and analyzes the available evidence from the scientific literature. It focuses on the characteristics of the developmental stage of the child's pre-school age in the development of cognitive, emotional and social components. It also defines prosocial behavior and describes it as a series of positive socially accepted activities and forms. It discussed the theory of its origin, the factors that factors determining it even possible motivation for its. Individual subheads on the basis of expert sources to answer the question: ?Why are we helping??, ?When are we helping?? and ?Who are we helping??. The third chapter analyzes the observed issue also in terms of the possibility of prosocial oriented education and applied activities in kindergarten, but also in terms of its anchoring in the Framework Educational Programme for Pre-School Education in relation to the objectives and competencies in the context of pro-social amenities. The practical part analyzes kindergartener´s attitudes to the issue of the development of prosocial behavior in preschool children. The focus of research are aspects of the possible use of methods for the development of prosocial behavior in practice-oriented, backlogs subject in the school curriculum and analysis of factors that can positively or negatively influence this behavior. The research is designed as a descriptive, trying to point out the real situation in the development of prosocial behavior by preschool children attending nursery school, in the context of teaching experience of the respondents. To meet the research objectives and answer the research questions was applied quantitative approach using a questionnaire technique. The questionnaire, which is created by me, answered anonymously teachers working in kindergartens.
