Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem procesu přezkoumání hospodaření obcí krajem. Vymezuje definici přezkoumání hospodaření obcí a přezkoumání hospodaření obcí jako součást veřejné kontroly. Popisuje předmět a hlediska přezkoumání. Největší pozornost věnuje popisu procesu přezkoumání jednotlivými krajskými úřady a soukromým auditorem včetně rozdílů mezi nimi a snaží se navrhnout společnou metodiku sjednocení rozdílů mezi prováděním přezkoumání hospodaření v jednotlivých krajských úřadech.

Abstract:

This bachelor work considers a description of an examination of the municipal corporation economy by the regional office. It defines the examination of the municipal corporation economy and the examination of the municipal corporation economy as a part of the public inspection. It describes a subject and the aspects of the examination. The biggest attention is paid to the description of the examination by the particular commissions and by a private auditor including the differences between them. It also attempts to propose a common methodology of the differences unification between the particular economy examinations in the separate regional offices.
