Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "E-Services a jejich využití ve společnosti podnikající v mezinárodní přepravě" je zhodnocení nabídky elektronických služeb tzv. E-Services ve společnosti Schenker spol. s r. o., která je předním poskytovatelem logistických služeb a mezinárodní přepravy v České republice i v zahraničí. První tři kapitoly jsou věnovány teoretickým souvislostem v oblasti dopravy a přepravy zboží i osob, jednotlivým logistickým službám a v neposlední řadě druhům elektronických služeb. Jsou zde shrnuty poznatky o důležitosti informací v dnešní době, elektronickém podnikání a implementaci informačních a komunikačních technologií do různých odvětví včetně marketingu a logistiky. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na působení společnosti Schenker spol. s r. o. na trhu a nabídce jejích logistických a elektronických služeb. Jednotlivé nástroje a aplikace elektronických služeb a systémů jsou v této části charakterizovány. Analytická část se rovněž věnuje dotazníkovému šetření zkoumajícímu využití elektronických služeb firmami na B2B trhu. Na základě výsledků šetření, nabídky služeb konkurence, předpokládaných trendů a vlastního názoru autorky bylo doporučeno vylepšení a další směr vývoje elektronických služeb, kterým by se společnost Schenker spol. s r. o. měla ubírat.

Abstract:

The subject of the Master thesis entitled "E-services and their Use in a Company Operating in International Transport" is the evaluation of the offer of electronic services, also called E-Services, of the company Schenker spol. s r. o., a leading provider of logistics services and international transport in the Czech Republic and abroad. The first three chapters are devoted to theoretical implications in the area of transport and transportation of goods and persons, various logistics services and, last but not least, types of electronic services. Furthermore, in these three chapters the author provides a summary of the findings on the current significance of information , electronic business and implementation of information and communication technologies in various sectors, including marketing and logistics. The analytical part focuses on the effect of Schenker spol. s r. o. on the market and their offer of logistics and electronic services. Individual tools and applications of the electronic services and systems are described in this part. The analytical part of the thesis also contains a questionnaire survey designed and applied to examine the usage of electronic services by companies on the B2B market. Based on the survey results, the offer of electronic services provided by competition, anticipated trends and the personal opinion of the author, a set of recommendations was formulated to enable the improvements and further development of electronic services which Schenker spol. s r. o. should take.
