Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity u České pošty, s. p. V části „Charakteristika benefitů“ se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity ve všeobecné rovině, jejich zdaněním, členěním a popisem v dnešní době nejčastěji poskytovaných benefitů. Na závěr této části je popsán Cafeteria systém. Druhá část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní benefitní systém České pošty, s. p., která byla v úvodu této části představena. Spokojenost a informovanost zaměstnanců České pošty, s. p. je zkoumána prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Na jeho základě je proveden návrh úprav současného benefitního systému anebo návrh na převedení současného benefitního systému na tzv. Cafeteria systém.

Abstract:

This dissertation is concerned with employees´ benefits at the Czech Post, a national enterprise. Section “Features of benefits“ addresses employees´ benefits on general level, their taxation, segmentation and description of the most frequent and most provided benefits at present. Cafeteria plan is described at the end of this section. Second section of the dissertation is concerned with the actual benefit system of the Czech Post, a national enterprise which was introduced at the beginning of the dissertation. A survey examines satisfaction and knowledgeability of the employees of the Czech Post, national enterprise. Based on the survey, a proposal of changes of the current benefit system or a proposal of a transfer of current benefit system on the so-called Cafeteria plan is carried out.
