Administrative Cooperation within the European Union
Abstract:
Diplomová práce Správní spolupráce v Evropské unii pojednává o oblastech správní spolupráce v rámci Evropské unie. V úvodních částech je popsána situace v evropském správním právu a evropském správním prostoru. V druhé části jsou popsány jednotlivé oblasti správní spolupráce, včetně skupin a agentur, skrze které se správní spolupráce uskutečňuje.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis Administrative cooperation within the European Union discusses the areas of administrative cooperation within the European Union. In the introductory part descibes situation in European administrative law and European administrative space.The second part describes the different areas of administrative cooperation.
