Vliv údržby na tržní hodnotu nemovitostí

Impact of Maintenance on Property Market Value
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Část A, teoretická, je zaměřena na rozbor cyklů údržby a jejich vliv na tržní hodnotu nemovitostí. Část B je praktická, ve které jsem provedla tržní ocenění bytové jednotky a tržní ocenění nebytových prostor v bytovém domě. Část C, analytická část, popisuje trh nemovitostí v okrese Teplice.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Theses has been divided into three parts. Part A, theoretical, focuses on analysis of maintenance cycles and its impact on market value of properties. Part B is practical, in which I have delivered a valuation report of an apartment unit and a valuation report of a non-residential premises in an apartment building. Part C, analytical part, describes the real estate market in Teplice.
