Diplomová práce na téma Stravovací služby v nákupních centrech je vypracována na základě vlastního průzkumu metodou dotazování návštěvníků dvou vybraných nákupních center. Abstract:
Master´s Dissertation on topic Catering in shopping centres is based on own performed research by method of customers surveys in two in advance chosen shopping centres. The main target of the Master´s Dissertation was proposal for owners of catering facilities as a part of shopping centres based on own performed research and results and recommendation for improving of quality of their services.
