Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vysvětlit mzdovou a pracovněprávní problematiku. Popsat pracovní vztahy, povinné odvody, postup při výpočtu mzdy. Vysvětlit rozdíl mezi mzdou a platem. Vzít v úvahu rozdílnost odvětví, vliv ročního období a typ pracovního vztahu. Následně teoretické znalosti převést do praxe a vzít v úvahu změny proběhlé k 1. 1. 2012.

The aim of this work is to explain the wage and labor issues. Describe labor relations, conscription, a procedure for calculating wages. Explain the difference between wages and salary. Take into account the diversity of the sector, the influence of the season and the type of working relationship.
