Abstract:

Téma mé diplomové práce je ?Zhodnocení kvality komunitního plánování rozvoje sociálních služeb ve městě Frýdek-Místek?. Jedná se o metodu komunitní práce, která se týká sociálních služeb. Je využívána ve většině měst a obcí v ČR a umožňuje jim plánovat sociální služby na základě potřeb a možností místní komunity. Cílem mé práce je zhodnotit kvalitu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb ve městě Frýdek-Místek. V teoretické části se věnuji obecně komunitnímu plánování sociálních služeb. Definuji základní pojmy vztahující se k dané problematice. Zabývám se vývojem a legislativní úpravě komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Věnuji se významu a přínosu tohoto procesu. Vymezuji jeho jednotlivé fáze a zabývám se kvalitou komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. V empirické části své diplomové práce zkoumám kvalitu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Kvalita je hodnocena z pohledu členů pracovních skupin, které jsou vytvořeny v procesu KPSS ve městě Frýdek-Místek. A je testována na základě kritérií kvality ? princip triády, princip informovanosti, princip legitimity, princip dohody, princip kompetence. Pro svůj výzkum použiji kvantitativní výzkumnou strategii a techniku sběru dat dotazník.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is ?The evaluation of the quality of community planning and the development of the social services in the town of Frýdek?Místek?. It is a method of community work that relates to social services. It is used in most towns and municipalities in the Czech Republic and it enables them to plan the social services based on the needs and possibilities of the local community. The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the quality of planning of the social services in the town of Frýdek-Místek. In the theoretical part I concentrate on the general community planning of the social services and define key terms relating to the subject. I deal with development and legislative amendment to the community planning of the social services. I address the importance and the benefits of this process. I define its single phases and I deal with quality of community planning of the social services. In the empirical part of my thesis I examine the quality of community planning of the social services. The quality is evaluated from the perspective of the working group members which have been established in the process of CPSS in the town of Frýdek-Místek. And it is tested on the basis of quality criteria ? triad principle, awareness principle, the principle of legitimacy, the principle of agreement and the principle of competence. For my research I will use the quantitative research strategy and the technique of data collection by questionnaire.
