Tato práce se zaměřuje na zjištění rozdílů ve strategiích zvládání zátěžových situací a pracovních charakteristikách osobnosti u pracovníků finančně poradenské firmy. This study is focused on finding out the differences in coping strategies and personality characteristics by people working in a company of financial consultancy.
