Práce se zabývá proměnami pojetí práce a vzdělávacích potřeb začínajících lektorů osobnostně sociálního rozvoje. Teoretická část práce představuje nejdůležitější pojmy. Pojednává o osobnostně sociálním rozvoji, jeho cílech a metodách. Jednou z metod je i zkušenostně reflektivní učení, které je v teorii také popisováno. This thesis deals with the transformations of conception of work and educational needs of the beginning instructors of personality and social development. The theoretical part instroduces the most important terms. It deals with the personality and social development, its aims and methods.
