Tato práce pojednává o profesi asistentů pedagoga v teoretické rovině, ale hlavním tématem je její zasazení v současné době do praxe. V teoretické části jde o postupné seznámení s touto profesí. The dissertation deals with the teacher´s assistant´s job in theory but its main topic is the job´s usability in practice at present time. The theoretical part presents the profession step by step including its origin, tasks, competencies, required education, assistants´ salaries and especially their importance for children from socially disadvantaged background, prevailingly from Romany families. …more
