Fundamental Human Rights and \liberties and procedural Protection
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá základními lidskými právy a jejich ochranou. Analyzuje podstatu lidských práv a nejvýznamnější teorie jejich původu a následně se věnuje různým prostředkům jejich ochrany na vnistrostátní i mezinárodní úrovni. Zvláštní pozornost je přitom věnována ústavní stížnosti a stížnosti k Evropskému soudu pro lidská práva.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with fundamental human rights and their protection. It analyzes the essence of human rights and various conceptions of their origin and then it describes means of their protection on the state and international level. Special attention is paid to the constitutional complaint and the complaint to the ECHR as they are the most effective means of protection.
