The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the product portfolio of Blažek Glass Ltd. and the most importantly to provide a recommendation which will improve the future position of Blažek Glass on the market. Blažek Glass is a traditional producer of Czech bohemian crystal with over 75 years of history and also a producer of unique glass nail files.
