Calculations and budgets in the hotel industry and tourism
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy uplatnění manažerského účetnictví v oblasti hotelnictví. Na základě podrobné situační analýzy jsou navrženy kalkulační metody pro správné stanovení prodejní ceny, přičemž je definováno rozčlenění společnosti na hospodářská střediska. Bakalářská práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_01 "Podniková ekonomika a ekonomie"
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the analysis of the application of management accounting in the hotel industry. Based on a detailed situational analysis, costing methods are designed to accurately determine the sales price, defining the company´s breakdown into economics centers. The thesis is part of a research project analysis of the STING ACADEMY named IGA_AS_01 "Business Economics and Economy".
