Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vnitropodnikových směrnic upravující účetnictví v podniku Cobra Security s.r.o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit obsah a systém tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic v daném podniku. Směrnice zaktualizovat a navrhnout konkrétní úpravy pro daný podnik. This bachelor thesis is focused on internal guidelines governing the accounting practice of Cobra Security Ltd.
