Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza společenské odpovědnosti vybraného podniku a formulace doporučení pro společnost na základě empirického výzkumu. The topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the selected enterprise's social responsibility and formulation of recommendations for the company based on the empirical research. The method chosen for this research is the micro-level analysis of employee perceptions, reactions, and attitudes towards the company's CSR together with their determinants.
