Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je provést komplexní analýzu všech relevantních faktorů z vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku, které ovlivňují budoucí rozvoj podniku. Výstupem práce bude formulace strategie podniku s ohledem na zjištěné poznatky. Formulovaná strategie bude eliminovat překážky budoucího rozvoje podniku a bude korespondovat s fenoménem sociální éry.

The subject of the thesis „Strategic analysis of an enterprise“ is to acomplish a complex analysis of all relevant factors from external and internal business environment affecting a future development of the enterprise.
