Internal Communication and Motivation of Students in Zlin Design Week Project

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Interní komunikace a motivace studentů v projektu Zlin Design Week analyzuje nástroje interní komunikace v projektu Zlin Design Week a motivaci stu-dentů, kteří se na něm podílí. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním pojmů komunikace, interní komunikace a motivace. Součástí teoretické části je metodika práce, kde jsou stano-veny cíle a výzkumné otázky. Praktická část představuje projekt Zlin Design Week, struk-turu týmu a nástin komunikace, která v týmu probíhá. V praktické části je také proveden a vyhodnocen výzkum, zodpovězena výzkumná otázka a případná doporučení na zlepšení interní komunikace a motivace v projektu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis called Internal Communication and Motivation of Students in Zlin Design Week Project analyses internal communication tools of Zlin Design Week project and motivation of students who are part of it. Theoretical part explains basic terms, defini-ton of communication, internal communication and motivation. This part also sets goals and the research questions. Second part analytical part consists of qualitative and quantita-tive research focused on internal communication and motivation of students of Zlin Design Week project. The suggestions are proposed on the basis of the data gained in the research.
