Remuneration system analysis in a company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování zaměstnanců. První část shrnuje teoretické poznatky o pracovní motivaci, možnostech odměňování v organizacích a metodách hodnocení, které poskytují výstup pro odměňování. Druhá část popisuje vybraný podnik, metody a výsledky provedené analýzy systému odměňování, závěry této analýzy a návrhy doporučení a možných změn v rámci tohoto systému.Abstract:
The thesis deals with the remuneration of employees. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge of work motivation, remuneration options in organizations and methods of evaluation that provide output for remuneration.
