Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá průmyslovými haváriemi a jejich právní úpravou. Práce obsahuje rozbor a zhodnocení platné právní úpravy v obecných předpisech práva životního prostředí, ve složkových předpisech a předpisech věnující se jednotlivým zdrojům znečistění.
