Tématem mé diplomové práce jsou specifika české právní úpravy veřejných dražeb nedobrovolných. The topic of my thesis is the specifics of Czech involuntary public auction legislation. There are two basic kinds of the involuntary auctions of somebody’s property – the court auction as one of the sentence execution of any pecuniary obligation and the private involuntary public auction, where only the pledge could be sold.
