V práci představuji problematiku zákazů náboženských symbolů ve veřejném prostoru. Téma popisuji z pohledu náboženské svobody, zákazu diskriminace a práva na vzdělání a docházím k závěru, že tato práva jsou dotčena souběžně. Abstract:
In my diploma thesis I focus on the bans of religious symbols in public areas. I describe the topic from the perspective of freedom of religion, prohibition of discrimination and right to education. I come to the conclusion that these rights are simultaneously affected.
