Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti M.B.A. Empire, definovat výhody a nedostatky současného systému a navrhnout možnou optimalizace. První část práce představuje výčet teoretických principů, postupů a charakteristiku procesů získávání a výběru pracovníků. V části druhé je prostřednictvím pozorování, rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a analýzy interních dokumentů představeno, jak jsou tyto procesy realizovány v společnosti. V závěru práce je zhodnocen systém získávaní a výběru zaměstnanců a jsou představeny návrhy, které by vedly k optimalizaci a k zvýšení jejich efektivity.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the processes of recruitment and employee selection in M.B.A. Empire Ltd., identify their strengths and weaknesses and suggest possible optimization. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical principles, methods and characteristic of recruitment and employee selection. The second part examines through observation, interviews with employees and analysis of internal documents how these processes are carried out in this company. In the end of the thesis the processes are evaluated and the improvements that would lead to optimization and higher effectiveness are suggested.
