Abstract:

Tématem dané bakalářské práce je problematika hodnocení a stimulace zaměstnanců firmy. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě studia související odborné literatury a vlastního šetření posoudit proces hodnocení zaměstnanců a účinnost nástrojů jejich stimulace ve zkoumané firmě s výsledným návrhem opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení systému personálního řízení. Proces hodnocení ve zkoumané firmě probíhá jednou ročně a je založen na vyplnění formuláře rozděleného na dvě části – vlastní výkon a soulad s hodnotami firmy. Následně se koná pohovor s manažerem. Výsledek hodnocení je zásadní pro další zvýšení mzdy, je prostředkem sebekontroly zaměstnance a vhodným podkladem pro zlepšení jeho výkonnosti v budoucnosti. Organizace nabízí širokou škálu simulátorů. Je ale nutné uvést, že část z nich lidi vnímají jako nárokové – jako například stravenky. Zde se projevil nesoulad mezi názory řadových zaměstnanců a manažerů. Zaměstnanci poukázali na klíčový význam mzdy, kdežto manažeři uvedli, že sice se jedná o silný stimulátor výkonnosti, avšak daný stimulátor rychle vyprší a přestane účinkovat. Zaměstnanci ale jsou dostatečně stimulování. Následně byla firmě navržena doporučení vyplývající z výsledků uskutečněného výzkumu, jedná se o následující opatření: zaškolit zaměstnance o dalších krocích hodnocení a možnostech kariérního růstu, chválit podřízené, provést zaškolení manažerů o nutnosti vnímat zaměstnance stejně bez pohledu na jejich zařazení, zavést odměnu za nápad roku/měsíce a nakonec zavést hodnocení spolupracovníky.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation and stimulation of company employees. The main goal of the work is based on the study of related literature and own research to assess the process of evaluating employees and the effectiveness of tools to stimulate them in the surveyed company with the resulting proposal of measures to improve the personnel management system. The evaluation process in the examined company takes place once a year and is based on filling in a form divided into two parts - own performance and compliance with the company's values. Subsequently, an interview is held with the manager. The result of the evaluation is essential for further salary increases, it is a means of self-control of the employee and a suitable basis for improving his performance in the future. The organization offers a wide range of simulators. However, it is necessary to state that some of them are perceived by people as demanding - such as meal vouchers. There was a discrepancy between the views of ordinary employees and managers. Employees pointed to the key importance of pay, while managers said that while it is a strong performance stimulator, the stimulator expires quickly and ceases to work. But employees are sufficiently stimulated. Subsequently, the company was proposed recommendations resulting from the output of research, the following measures: train employees on the next steps of evaluation and career opportunities, praise subordinates, train managers on the need to perceive employees the same regardless of their classification, introduce a reward for the idea of the year / months and finally introduce evaluation by co-workers.
