Práce je zaměřena na aplikaci metody řízení nákladů ABC ve firmě Imtradex, a.s. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vytvořením přehledu o používaných informačních zdrojích pro řízení nákladů a o používaných kalkulačních metodách. This thesis deals with application methods of the management costs ABC in the company Imtradex, a.s. Theoretical part of the thesis applies on the survey formation of using information sources for management costs and of using calculation methods.
