Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola shrnuje poznatky o mentálním postižení, druhá kapitola se věnuje významu zaměstnání pro osoby s mentálním postižením, profesní přípravou a legislativním rámcem zaměstnávání těchto osob.
