Establishment of a Brand For Sports Wear - Business Plan

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce na tému "Založení značky pro sportovní oblečení - podnikatelský záměr" je predstaviť čitateľovi nový a jedinečný podnikateľský subjekt, ktorý vznikne na našom území. V teoretickej časti môžeme nájsť definíciu základných pojmov, popis založenia podnikania podľa jednotlivých právnych foriem a zároveň budú zodpovedané otázky ohľadom financovania a finančnej stránky podnikania spolu s teoretickým definovaním analytických metód. V praktickej časti sme reflektovali teoretické znalosti nadobudnuté v prvej časti tejto bakalárskej práce pre účely založenia podnikateľského subjektu. V úvode praktickej časti boli vykonané úvodné analýzy, následne bol definovaný podnikateľský plán spolu s finančným plánom.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis reflecting on the topic of "Establishing a brand for sportswear - a business plan" is to introduce the reader to a new and unique business entity that will be established in our territory. In the theoretical part we can find a definition of basic terms, a description of the establishment of the business according to the different legal forms and also the questions regarding the financing and financial aspect of the business will be answered along with the theoretical definition of analytical methods. In the practical part we have reflected the theoretical knowledge acquired in the first part of this bachelor thesis for the purpose of establishing a business entity. In the beginning of the practical part, initial analyses were performed, followed by the definition of a business plan together with a financial plan.
