Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou institutu neúčinnosti právního jednání podle insolvenčního zákona, který slouží k ochraně insolvenčních věřitelů před zkracujícími jednáními dlužníka, který je v úpadku. This diploma thesis is concerned with the issue of ineffectiveness of legal acts under the Insolvency Act which serves as protection of insolvency creditors from legal acts of insolvency debtor performed with an intention to reduce the chances of satisfaction of creditors' claims.
