Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo stanovení mastných kyselin v rostlinném extraktu pomocí plynové chromatografie s plamenově ionizačním detektorem. The aim of this work was to determine the fatty acids in plant extracts by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector. The theoretical part summarizes the instrumentation of gas chromatography and its use in determination of fatty acid methyl esters in real samples.
