Public collection in the accounting of a selected non-governmental non-profit organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou veřejných sbírek z pohledu účetního zobrazení a z pohledu legislativní úpravy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje vymezení nestátních neziskových organizací, legislativní úpravě veřejných sbírek a jejímu účetnímu zobrazení. V rámci legislativy se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na pravidla a povinnosti při konání veřejné sbírky, které musí pořádající právnická osoba veřejné sbírky dodržovat. Tato pravidla a povinnosti představují východisko pro provedení analýzy veřejné sbírky vybraného spolku, jíž se věnuje druhá část bakalářské práce. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje zhodnocení účetního zobrazení veřejné sbírky ve vybraném spolku včetně shrnutí a vyhodnocení závěrů provedené analýzy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of public collections from the point of view of accounting representation and from the point of view of legislative regulation. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the definition of non- governmental non-profit organizations, the legislative regulation of public collections and its accounting representation. Within the framework of legislation, the bachelor thesis focuses on the rules and obligations when holding a public collection, which must be observed by the organizing legal entity of the public collection. These rules and obligations represent the starting point for the analysis of the public collection of the selected association, which is the subject of the second part of the bachelor thesis. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis contains an evaluation of the accounting representation of the public collection in the selected association, including a summary and evaluation of the conclusions of the analysis.
