Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje srovnání postavení žen na trhu práce v ČR a v Rusku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit odlišnosti v postavení žen na těchto dvou trzích, naplnit dílčí cíle a odpovědět na stanovené výzkumné otázky. Proto je práce rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku žen jako ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce, zabývá se zdroji a příčinami znevýhodněného postavení žen, probírá genderovou dělbu práce v rodině, genderovou socializaci, stereotypy na trhu práce a diskriminaci žen. Dále teoretická část cílí na sledování a řešení problému znevýhodnění žen na trhu práce, a to v kontextu klíčových faktorů, které na toto znevýhodnění poukazují. V praktické části je pojednáno o postavení žen na českém a ruském trhu, a to jak z historického hlediska, tak i z hlediska událostí proběhlých v nedávné době. Zkoumá se obecná situace na trhu práce a porovnávají se klíčové makroekonomické ukazatele. Práce se také zabývá jednotlivými oblastmi souvisejícími s trhem práce, kde je znevýhodnění žen dobře patrné. Jsou to oblasti vzdělávání, pracovního uplatnění, zaměstnanosti, nezaměstnanosti a soukromého podnikání. Na konci jsou shrnuty výsledky srovnávací analýzy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the position of women on the labor market in the Czech Republic and Russia. The main goal of the thesis is to find out the differences in the position of women in these two markets, to fulfill the partial goals and to answer the set research questions. Therefore, the work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of women as vulnerable groups in the labor market, deals with the sources and causes of disadvantaged women, discusses the gender division of labor in the family, gender socialization, stereotypes in the labor market and discrimination against women. Furthermore, the theoretical part aims to monitor and address the problem of disadvantage of women in the labor market, in the context of key factors that point to this disadvantage. The practical part deals with the position of women in the Czech and Russian markets, both from a historical point of view and in terms of recent events. The general situation on the labor market is examined and key macroeconomic indicators are compared. The work also deals with individual areas related to the labor market, where the disadvantage of women is clearly visible. These are the areas of education, employment, employment, unemployment and private enterprise. At the end, the results of the comparative analysis are summarized.
