Communication with the Public in the Emergency Planning Zone

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit způsob komunikace s veřejností v zóně havarijního plánování jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vytyčení pojmu zóny havarijního plánování, obsahu havarijních plánů, postupů a prostředků používaných při krizové komunikaci, způsoby komunikace jaderné elektrárny Dukovan, strukturu jaderné elektrárny, nejznámější jaderné havárie, účinky nebezpečných látek produkovaných jaderný-mi elektrárnami, jejich rozdělení a ochrana před jejich působením. Praktická část obsahu-je cíle, výsledky a vyhodnocení šetření.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the way of communication with the public in the emergency planning zone of the nuclear power plant Dukovany. The the-sis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical one. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the concept of the emergency planning zone, the content of emergency plans, procedures and means used in crisis communication, the ways of communication of the nuclear power plant Dukovany, the structure of the nuclear power plant, the most famous nuclear accidents, the effects of hazardous substances produced by nuclear power plants, their distribution and protection against their effects. The practical part contains the objectives, results and evaluation of the survey.
