Cílem diplomové práce je shrnout problematiku mezinárodních únosů dětí a zhodnotit právní úpravu, která se týká řízení o navrácení dítěte. The aim of this diploma thesis is to summarize the issue of international child abductions and to evaluate the legislation that relates to the proceedings for the return of the child.
