Cooperation between Fire Rescue Service and Emergency Medical Services

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit četnost a charakter spolupráce mezi Hasičským záchranným sborem a Záchrannou zdravotnickou službou se vzájemným hodnocením. Obsah této bakalářské práce se zabývá spoluprací mezi Hasičským záchranným sborem České republiky a Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní popis struktury Integrovaného záchranného systému, jsou zde rozepsány typové činnosti, hlavní a vedlejší složky a také způsoby velení při společném zásahu složek IZS. V kapitole Hasičský záchranný sbor je rozepsaná základní organizační struktura sboru, zmíněná je zde i zdravotní příprava, kterou absolvují všichni noví hasiči v rámci nástupního odborného výcviku, dále je zde poukázáno na hlavní úkoly HZS při operačním řízení, ochraně obyvatelstva i krizovém řízení. Pod hlavičkou Zdravotnické záchranné služby je rozepsaná její organizační struktura, jednotlivé výjezdové skupiny, upozorňuji na hlavní úkoly zdravotnického operačního střediska a pracoviště krizové připravenosti. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které se opírá o vzájemné hodnocení spokojenosti v rámci součinnosti mezi Hasičským záchranným sborem a Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Dotazník byl určen velitelům družstev Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje a také vedoucím nelékařského zdravotnického personálu výjezdových stanovišť Zdravotnické záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje. Další součástí praktické části je statistika výjezdů Hasičského záchranného sboru a Zdravotnické záchranné služby za rok 2019 společně s uvedením typu jednotlivých událostí.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the frequency and a nature of cooperation between The fire rescue services and the Emergency Medical Service with a mutual evaluation. The content of this bachelor's thesis deals with the cooperation between The fire rescue service of the Czech Republic and the Emergency Medical Service. The theoretical part is focused on the basic description of the structure of the Integrated Rescue System, the type of activities are described here, main and the secondary components and Methods of command in the joint intervention of the components IZS. The chapter Fire Rescue Service describes the basic organizational structure of the corps, there is also mentioned a medical training, which is completed by all new firefighters in the initial training, furthermore, the main tasks of The fire rescue services in operational management, protection of the population and crisis management are pointed out. Under the heading of the Medical Rescue Service, organizational structure and individual outreach groups are described here, drawing attention to the main tasks of the Medical Operations Centre and crisis preparedness workplace. The practical part contains the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, which is based on the mutual evaluation of satisfaction in the interaction between The fire rescue service and the Emergency Medical Service. The questionnaire was intended for team commanders of The fire brigade of Moravian - Silesian Region and also a Head of non-medical staff at exit points of the Emergency Medical Service of Moravian - Silesian Region. Another a section of the practical part is the statistics of rescue exit of The fire rescue service and of the Emergency Medical Service for a year 2019 together with an indication of the type of individual events.
