Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy vymáhání daňových nedoplatků a daňovou exekucí. První část práce je zaměřena na základní pojmy, které souvisejí s vymáháním daňových nedoplatků a také na způsoby provedení daňové exekuce. V další části je problematika vyhodnocena z pohledu fungování v praxi. Závěr práce dále obsahuje formulování závěrů včetně vlastního doporučení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the legal regulation of the recovery of tax arrears and tax enforcement. The first part of the thesis is focused on the basic concepts related to the recovery of tax arrears and also on the methods of tax execution.
