Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem „Vyšetřování sexuálních trestných činů“ zkoumá jak samotné vymezení sexuality, tak metody, podněty a stopy nezbytné při vyšetřování trestných činů proti mravnosti. Práce klade důraz i na identifikaci pachatele, rozlišení mezi deviantními a nedeviantními jedinci, analýzu poruch osobnosti a v neposlední řadě kapitolu týkající se obětí včetně prevence.
