Communication of the All Style Unit Dance Group on Social Networks

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou sociální sítě taneční skupiny All Style Unit. Teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice neziskových organizací a jejich marketingu. Dále na tyto kapitoly navazuje téma, které se týká sociálních sítí obecně a potom jsou rozebírány sociální sítě jednotlivě Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat a YouTube. Navazující praktická část popisuje strukturu taneční skupiny All Style Unit a osvětluje její fungování. Dále se zabývá konkrétními profily All Style Unit na výše zmíněných sociálních sítí. Výzkumná část se skládá z dotazníkového šetření, ve které se autorka práce dotazovala respondentů na jejich názor na aktuální sdílené příspěvky taneční skupiny, na jejich zájmy, na případnou konkurenci skupiny, na sympatie respondentů k jednotlivým sociálním sítím a nechala jim i prostor pro jakýkoliv komentář k tématu. Na základě dotazníkového šetření autorka vypracovala doporučení pro skupinu pro optimalizaci její sociální sítě, což je poslední částí této práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze using of social networks of All Style Unit within the marketing and to propose possibilities for improvement of their utilization. The theoretic part of this bachelor thesis is talking about the nonprofit organization and their marketing communication in its first part. After this topic the author is defining what are social sites and giving attention to the now-days most likable social sites. The initial of the practical part is specifying dancing group All Style Unit and its structure. It speaks about the history of the dancing group and how it works inside of the group. The goal of the other part was to take a deep look on the All Style Unit social sites and describe its language, form of the sharing content and the aim of the communication of every social site of All Style Unit. To find out what are the needs of the users who follow All Style Unit sites following, it was created a questionnaire with fifteen questions, whose aim was to find out what the users prefer to see and share on these social sites. According to the results of the questionnaire there was made up a recommendation for All Style Unit how to make use of their own social sites in terms of higher effectiveness.
