The Organizational Structure Analysis including the Employee Leadership System

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje rozboru organizační struktury společnosti Palace Cinemas Czech s. r. o. a systému vedení zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje všeobecné informace o organizační struktuře podniku a jejích základních typech. Nemalý prostor je věnován metodě Balanced Scorecard, jejíž součástí je popis jednotlivých perspektiv této metody (finanční, zákaznické, procesní, učení se a růstu). Obsahem teoretické části práce je také personální práce, její úloha v organizaci a personální strategie. Největší prostor je věnován problematice řízení lidských zdrojů a popisem jednotlivých druhů vedení lidí. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřena na řízení kariéry a motivaci zaměstnanců. V praktické části diplomové práce je nejdříve představena společnost Palace Cinemas Czech s. r. o. a následně je zde popsána organizační struktura a systém vedení zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Následuje vlastní návrh strategie řízení lidských zdrojů. Návrh strategie lidských zdrojů obsahuje analýzu stávající organizační struktury, analýzu vzdělávacích a rozvojových potřeb zaměstnanců, analýzu stávajícího stavu personálního potenciálu a kariérní plány pro vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců. Na základě zjištěných informací je v závěru celé diplomové práce vlastní doporučení na provedení určitých změn, které by mohli vést k efektivnějšímu fungování společnosti, spokojenějším klientům a zaměstnancům.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on analyzing the organizational structure of the Palace Cinemas Czech Ltd. and the management of employees in this company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains general information about the organizational structure and its basic types. Considerable space is devoted to the Balanced Scorecard, which includes a description of the different perspectives of this method (financial, customer, process, learning and growth). In the theoretical part is a personal work, its role in the organization and staffing strategies. Most space is devoted to human resource management and descriptions of the various types of leadership. Conclusion the theoretical part focuses on career management and employee motivation. The practical part of the thesis is first presented by Palace cinemas Czech Ltd. And subsequently is described the organizational structure and management system for employee at this company. Then there is the draft strategy for managing human resources. Draft human resources strategy includes an analysis of current organizational structure, an analysis of training and development Leeds of staff, analyzing the current state of human potential and development plans for selected groups of employees. Based on the information at the end of the diploma thesis there is own recommendations to implement certain changes that could lead to more efficient operation of the company, contented clients and employees.
