Integration of Roma and non-profit organizations in the Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje Integraci Romů a neziskovým organizacím v Ústí nad Labem. Cílem práce je se zabývat integrací Romů ve městě Ústí nad Labem, konkrétně tím, jak přispívají místní organizace, působící na území města, k integraci romského etnika, tedy jeho začleňování do společnosti. Práce bude obsahovat teoretickou část, v níž budou vyloženy základní pojmy, s nimiž se zde bude operovat. Následovat bude část faktografická o problematice integrace Romů v Ústí nad Labem a o neziskovém sektoru, který v této oblasti působí. V praktické část této bakalářské práce se pak zaměřím na analýzu vybraných dvou neziskových organizací, působících na území města Ústí nad Labem. Konkrétně se bude jednat o tyto organizace: Romano jasnica, Člověk v tísni. Cílem zde bude jednak analyzovat činnost, jejich projekty na podporu začleňování Romů a také SWOT analýza jejich činností.

Abstract:

This thesis works with the integration of Roma ethinicity and non-profit organizations in Usti nad Labem. The goal is to work with the integration of Roma in Usti nad Labem, particularly how are local organizations contributing in this area and how they integrate the Roma ethnicity into society. This work will include a theoretical part, which will explain the basic concepts that will be used. Followed by a factual part about the issue of Roma integration in Usti nad Labem and the non-profit sector, which operates in this field. In the practical part of this work I will focus on the analysis of two selected non-profit organizations operating in the town of Usti nad Labem. Specifically, it will be the following organizations: Romano jasnica and Člověk v tísni. The objective here is to analyze activity, their projects to support Roma integration, as well as a SWOT analysis of their activities.
