Impact of IPRs Protection and Enforcement on the China´s Economy

Abstract:

V ekonomické globalizaci hrají důležitou úlohu práva k duševnímu vlastnictví. Znalosti jsou nejvýznamnějším ekonomickým zdrojem a výrobním faktorem ve znalostní ekonomice a IPR jsou nejvýznamnějším symbolem. Ochrana IPR má velký význam pro technologické inovace, jejich transfer a ekonomický růst. Ochrana IPR je významnou části nároční ekonomické politiky, a proto je tato práce zaměřena na identifikaci dopadů ochrany a vynucení IPR na čínskou ekonomiku od vstupu Číny do WTO. Prostřednictvím rešerše literatury, srovnání, analýzy, případové studie a dalších metod ověřuje hypotézu: Podle analýzy vybraných specifických případů mělo posílení ochrany a vynucení IPR velký význam na čínskou ekonomiku. Práce analyzuje dopad ochrany IPR a iniciativy One Belt One Roud na Čínu a na související nové příležitosti pro rozvoj mezinárodního obchodu. Případová studie na čínských energetický průmysl se zaměřuje na ochranu a vynucení IPR v nových energetických průmyslech Číny. Výsledek ukazuje, že posílení ochrany a vynucení IPR v Číně mělo dopad na čínskou ekonomiku.

Abstract:

In economic globalization, intellectual property protection is everywhere. Knowledge is the most important and key economic resource and production factor in the era of the knowledge economy, and intellectual property is the most important symbol. IPRs protection is of great significance to a country's technological innovation, international technology transfer, and economic growth. IPRs protection is an important part of national economic policy, therefore, this thesis objective is to identify what has been the impact of IPRs protection and enforcement on China’s economy since China's accession to the WTO. Through literature review, comparison, analysis, case study, and other methodologies to verify the hypothesis: According to the analysis of selected specific cases, since China's accession to WTO, the strengthening of IPRs protection and enforcement has an important influence on China's economy. The thesis analyzes the impact of China's IPR protection and the Belt and Road Initiative on China and the related new opportunities for international trade development. The case study of China's energy industry focuses on the protection and enforcement of IPRs related to the new energy industry in China. The results show that the strengthening of IPRs protection and enforcement has had an impact on China's economy since China's accession to the WTO.
